Torchwood 3 Hub

Named after the famous local writer, Roald Dahl Plass is better known to sci-fi lovers as the secret location of Torchwood 3. It’s here, in the centre of Cardiff, that the Tardis landed in 1869, courtesy of the Ninth Doctor. He managed to close the Cardiff Space-Time Rift, helped by a local girl named Gwyneth, but a small energy-dripping scar remained. Torchwood landed in the area in 1885 and from 1999 on, a certain Captain Jack Harkness took control of the operation, and what happened then can be seen in Torchwood series 1-5 and some Doctor Who episodes.
