Sadly, the best parts of this museum can be seen before you enter. Their T-Rex is visible from far, far away and will lure many visitors to this tiny museum. But this dinosaur, which was used to promote Jurassic Park at the Venice Film Festival, is by far their most interesting object in their collection. The rest consists mostly of a totally random array of action figures and models, from various sci-fi and horror properties. We suspect it’s the personal collection of the owner. Their low point? An old Transformer toy with missing parts… So only visit Cine Ciak if you’re really, really bored, or if you want to have a proper laugh for 5 euros (because that’s what it costs). But geeks are better off in the Galata Museo del Mare, which has a great collection of old ships and even a real submarine!
