The word ‘cartoon’ in the name of the Cartoon Museum in London stands for the satirical drawings you can find in your newspaper every day. So don’t expect any stills from He-Man cartoons or Disney statues! But fear not, this museum undoubtedly earns it’s spot on Travelling for Geeks. While their (very interesting) exhibitions often honour satirical cartoons, there are many museum pieces that will make a lot of geeks happy. Original artwork from Charles Schultz for instance, or the last page of V for Vendetta. Plus, their gift shop alone (where they sell lots of comics) makes this place worth a visit on it’s own.
